The profession.
My aviation career spans airline operations, senior operational management and special mission aviation. Before joining SAS, I progressed from Operations Manager to Senior Operating Officer at Bioflight, a Danish special mission aviation company during a period of rapid growth in which the company received Gazelle recognition. Today, I am an Airline Transport Pilot with more than a decade of commercial experience on the Airbus A330, Airbus A320 family and Boeing 737 family, ranging from intercontinental widebody operations to Arctic winter flying. My earlier experience also includes flight instruction in Miami and survey operations across Northern Europe.

Beyond the flight deck.
Alongside flying, I have held senior leadership roles across Norwegian, European and international aviation organisations, including Director, European Operations at Global Pilot Careers, a US-based pilot training organisation, and Deputy Industrial Director, Industrial Director and International Director at Norsk Flygerforbund. My work has spanned industrial and aviation policy, government affairs, organisational strategy, stakeholder engagement and international representation, including serving as Chair of IFALPA’s Professional & Government Affairs Committee.
03 · Business & Stewardship
The wider perspective.
I hold an MBA in Aviation Management and maintain a strong interest in finance, technology and institutional decision-making. As Finance Councillor at St. Hallvard Catholic Parish, I developed and led the implementation of a financing and capital allocation strategy and was instrumental in establishing Hallvardsfondet, the parish’s long-term future fund. Previously, I served as Parish Council President during the parish’s most extensive church renovations since its consecration, and I remain closely involved in the financial governance of major capital projects, including the parish hall redevelopment. I also serve on the board of the Australian Association Norway.
